We’re looking for an experienced and driven Operations Supervisor to join our team in Goole. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, hitting production KPIs, maintaining the highest safety and quality standards, and supporting a motivated, high-performing team.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and supervise a team to deliver against daily production and performance targets.
• Champion health & safety, ensuring full compliance and a safe working environment.
• Maintain operational efficiency by managing downtime, stock, and workflow.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality and reduce waste.
• Liaise with other departments including Technical, Quality, and H&S.
• Deputise for the Operations Manager as required.
