We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for our client in the chemical manufacturing industry to take charge of ensuring the safe, efficient, and smooth execution of all plant operations and daily activities. He/she will champion operational excellence while ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Chemical Process Technology
• At least 5 years of relevant operations experience in a chemical industry with 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong practical knowledge of site processes and operations.
• Deep understanding of product handling, operational equipment, and safety management practices.
• Solid expertise in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with relevant legislation, industry codes, and best practices in operational safety.Trained or certified in relevant operational roles (e.g., Port Facility Security Officer, Working at Heights Supervisor, Permit-to-Work approver).
