Requirements:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule crews, equipment, and logistics to ensure timely and safe task completion.
• Ensure compliance with OHS, DOT, and company safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and ensure use of proper PPE.
• Assist the Operations Manager with competency assessments of all employees.
• Ensure that all applicable documentation (forms, checklists, etc.) is completed in full and is clear and easy to read.
• Communicate with clients regarding project scope, progress, and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of hours and job reports.
• Complete site inspections as required
• Facilitate toolbox talks daily
• Train and mentor field staff to build a strong, safety-conscious team.
