Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversee and resource daily operational services to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Manage and support teams, including authorising timesheets and monitoring absence.
  • Lead on health & safety, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
  • Provide training for staff on equipment and operational procedures.
  • Investigate incidents, complaints, and service breakdowns, taking corrective action quickly.
  • Ensure effective communication across teams and with the Operations Manager.
  • Support with stock control, admin, and compliance duties.
  • Work flexibly across sites, including weekends/Bank holidays and out-of-hours standby (with additional pay)
