Job Title: Bilingual Field Supervisor (English–Spanish)
Location: Based in Apopka, FL – with travel throughout Orlando and surrounding areas (including Melbourne, Orlando, etc.)

ABOUT US:

We are an underground construction company currently specializing in fiber optic projects. We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Field Supervisor to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous experience in underground construction or fiber optic projects (preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel daily to different job locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Prepare and submit daily reports.
• Supervise field operations and ensure work quality and safety standards are met.
• Organize, assign, and support work crews on site.
• Coordinate activities between teams and management.
• Travel as required to various job sites in Orlando and nearby cities.
