SUMMARY

As an Operations Supervisor at Rainbow Helicopters, you will oversee the daily operations of our helicopter services, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety standards. This role is pivotal in driving our operational success while aligning with our goals of excellence in service delivery. The Operations Supervisor will serve as a support to the Operations Manager while simultaneously managing ground crew personnel and procedures.

• Manage and supervise ground crew staff, personnel and encompassed duties
• Check-in passengers for their tour
• Adhere to safety protocols and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare guests for their flight
• Communicate with the Honolulu base and reservations departments daily
• Loading/unloading of passengers in helicopters
• Driving golf carts on airport premises
• Exemplary customer service skills. Patience and Aloha is a MUST with all guests!
• An aptitude for mathematics and multi-tasking skills desired
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and hours, including but not limited to holidays. The Operations Supervisor will be required to work WEEKENDS + (2) weekdays during the week to encompass a 4-day work week.
• Overtime available
• Must have a valid U.S. drivers license to obtain airport driving license to operate golf carts on airport ramp/runways.
• Must be able to pass Kona International Airport background check to obtain work badge/credentials.
• This is NOT an entry level position. Firmly seeking management candidates that have a serious understanding and proven record of attendance, punctuality, communication, and responsibility
