OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR  Sarasota, FL, On-site, Full-time, Monday–Friday (2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM)  We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our CGC Cards division to lead and oversee the evening production team while ensuring efficient, high-quality workflows in our Sarasota, FL office.  WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR:  * Lead and supervise a team of approximately 20+ employees to achieve throughput/turnaround/work in progress goals and maintain high-quality standards.    * Organize, monitor, and prioritize daily production tasks to meet operational goals and deadlines.  * Ensure the efficient flow of materials and resources through the intake and production processes.  * Monitor productivity metrics and identify opportunities to improve workflows and output.  * Perform quality spot checks and partner with leadership to implement corrective action plans.  * Collaborate with production planning and cross-functional teams to address capacity and workflow challenges.  * Train, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement.  * Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment.  * Ensure all safety, health, and company standards are consistently met or exceeded.  * Communicate effectively with leadership regarding production updates, needs, and challenges impacting operations.    WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:  * 2–5 years of leadership experience in high-volume production, manufacturing, or operations environments.  * Spanish-English bilingual proficiency is preferred to support effective communication with a diverse workforce.  * Experience supporting or troubleshooting robotic, automated, and manual production equipment (I.e. welding machines) is preferred.  * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced setting.  * Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or continuous improvement methodologies.  * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.  * Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).  * Ability to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM) on-site in Sarasota, FL.  REASONS TO JOIN US:  * Competitive compensation based on experience  * Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance  * PTO & Paid Holidays  * 401(k) retirement plan with company match  * Career Development & Learning opportunities  ABOUT US  Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is a global leader in the fast-growing collectibles market.
