MINIMUM EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED
§ Qualification in Management and or degree in related discipline would be desirable.
§ Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
§ 2 years’ relevant experience in the management of a people focused commercial / manufacturing environment, providing a quality focused product or service.

JOB PURPOSE
The post holder will have responsibility for the daily management of an operational unit within Rehab Enterprises, leading and motivating staff to achieve key organisational objectives by delivering on customer requirements in a safe and efficient manner, whilst promoting a positive working environment. As part of the operations management team, the post holder will develop new work practices, products, and services that that allow the organisation to deliver on its core objectives as an employer and to remain sustainable as a commercial enterprise.
Duties will include directing and coordinating activities within the operational unit as well as supervisory management, record management and risk analysis.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Lead and motivate staff within the operational unit to deliver on customer expectations, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facilities, where product flows are efficient and production schedules and targets are met, ensuring that the operation delivers/exceeds budgeted financial expectations and agreed key performance indicators on an annual basis.
§ Develop and maintain systems and controls that ensure compliance with all health and safety and other relevant legislation, both national and international, to promote a safe and legally compliant operation and working environment.
§ Organise and supervise learning and development for employees in order to respond to analyzed training needs, within an overall Learning & Development Plan.
§ Assist in the preparation of annual budgets that are ambitious yet achievable, that allow the unit to deliver on its core objectives as an employer and to remain sustainable as a commercial enterprise.
