The Opportunity Veolia's got a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our crew in Rocklea, 4106. You'll be running a team doing proper technical work - keeping water systems running whilst making a real difference to the environment.What's on offer Lead a skilled crew doing high-tech pipe work & water jetting operations Secure job + great benefits + safety first culture Competitive pay + proper training provided + supportive culture Phone and laptop What you'll be responsible for Run a team doing high spec work: CCTV pipe inspections, high pressure water jetting, and sewage system maintenance Keep everyone safe - run toolbox talks, sort out incidents, and make sure all the safety rules are followed Plan the daily jobs and get your crew where they need to be on time and on budget Handle the vehicle monitoring systems and make sure drivers are doing things by the book Deal with customers and keep them happy with our service Check that everyone's properly trained and qualified on the gear Be on the on call rota for emergency call outs Work with the maintenance lads to keep the trucks running Write up procedures and risk assessments What you'll need to be successful Know your way around sewers, industrial systems, confined spaces, and working at height Done CCTV pipe work and high pressure water jetting before Led a team or crew Why Veolia?
