Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to excellence, and we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to ensure our facility runs smoothly, supporting both our clinical teams and the patients we serve.

QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, facility management, or inventory control.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory management and healthcare compliance standards is an asset.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations Supervisor oversees medical and non-medical equipment, inventory, facility management, scheduling, compliance, and emergency preparedness. This role is key to maintaining a well-functioning clinic environment that supports our clinical team.
