ABOUT THE ROLE

Branch Supervisor for a key location within the New Guard Coatings Group – a family owned and run business established nearly 50 years ago, with national coverage and international reach and ambitions for continued growth

As Branch Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the branch. You’ll lead and support the team that keeps the ‘engine room’ running — including customer service and admin staff, warehouse operatives, and delivery drivers. Your leadership will ensure seamless operations, excellent service, and full compliance with our processes and statutory requirements.
