PM Operations Supervisor – Linehaul | Eastern Creek / Bungarribee Full-Time Permanent | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Join a National Leader in Transport Team Global Express (TGE) is transforming Australia’s transport and logistics industry with a renewed focus on safety, efficiency, and people. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated PM Operations Supervisor to lead our Linehaul team at Eastern Creek / Bungarribee. In this role, you’ll oversee evening transport operations, ensuring resources, staff, and interstate linehaul departures run safely, efficiently, and on time. What You’ll Do Supervise and lead a team of operations staff and drivers during the PM shift (1500–2300). Ensure on-time linehaul departures and high service standards. Oversee fleet and resource allocation, ensuring adequate coverage across shifts. Manage load restraint, DG compliance, and segregation of freight. Conduct toolbox talks, drive safety initiatives, and promote a proactive safety culture. Manage leave rosters, staff performance, and daily reporting. Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with WHS, COR, and Dangerous Goods legislation. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in transport operations or linehaul supervision. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams of 5–20 people. Sound understanding of load restraint, DG handling, and COR regulations. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport management systems. A commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
