We’re looking for a detail-driven Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is an individual-contributor role focused on processes and coordination, not direct reports. The role is also bonus-eligible, with monthly incentives based on performance. You’ll be the link between purchasing, customer service, and our warehouse/import partners, making sure products move where they need to, when they need to.

• Process purchase orders and manage supplier communication
• Monitor inventory, shipments, and lead times to keep orders on track
• Maintain accuracy in NetSuite and Excel reporting
• Partner with customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly
• Track key metrics and support reporting for leadership
• Identify ways to improve workflow and streamline processes
