Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Executive to support daily supply chain activities, including production planning, order scheduling, purchasing follow-up, import/export documentation, shipment coordination, supplier communication, and ERP updates.

The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate between suppliers, warehouse, production, sales, logistics providers, and management to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling production/orders.
• Follow up on purchase orders, suppliers, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate import/export documents.
• Track shipments, containers, and clearance status.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production for stock readiness.
• Update ERP/system records accurately.
• Prepare reports for pending orders, shipments, and operational follow-ups.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams.

Preferred experience:

Supply chain, procurement, logistics, import/export, documentation, and ERP/Excel experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
