YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate constrained engineering and production plan, material plan, and Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory rationalization, including Sales in Excess (SIE) of invoicing to improve service levels. Each day, you will assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating constrained engineering (for Engineered-To-Order businesses) and production plan, use rough-cut and detailed capacity planning, and link it to the demand plan. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing working capital.
This role is contributing to the new injection molding manufacturing site Evergem that is producing power distribution enclosures which serve as protective housings for electrical distribution components such as circuit breakers, fuses, switches, and meters, ensuring the safe distribution, metering and control of electricity throughout residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
The work model for the role is onsite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Running the review process and facilitating meetings.
• Preparing Rough Cut Capacity Planning, identifying capacity constraints, and recommending both short- and long-term solutions and mitigation plans to remove bottlenecks.
• Determining the impact of the plan on expected inventory levels, including SIE, monitors WIP, recommending WIP rationalization initiatives, and feeding them into the Inventory Checkbook.
• Identifying key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implementing initiatives to improve adherence to plans.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Self-starter able to work independently and proactively
• Solution finder able to quickly take appropriation action and decisions
• Ability to demonstrate or raise your knowledge in SAP
• You are at ease communicating in Dutch and English
