Key responsibilities


Are you an organized professional with experience in production or material planning looking to advance your career in electronics manufacturing? Join us to manage capacity and material planning, optimize inventory, and ensure smooth processes across the supply chain. You will be mainly accountable for:


  • Responsible for production and material planning in electronic manufacturing
  • Develops and maintains capacity and material plans (RCCP, MRP)
  • Coordinates between production, procurement, product management, and supply chain
  • Analyzes inventory levels, capacity constraints, and production deviations
  • Defines and maintains planning parameters (e.g. safety stock, lead time, lot size)
  • Performs ABC/XYZ analysis and optimizes inventory strategy
  • Identifies and implements actions to improve process efficiency and supplier performance


Qualifications For The Role


  • At least 2 years of experience in production or material planning, ideally in electronic manufacturing / PCBA production
  • Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (focus: material management) and MS Office
  • Good understanding of electronic production processes and supply chain interdependencies
  • Fluent German (written and spoken) and proficient English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:


  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Solid experience in supply chain or transportation operations, ideally supporting multiple markets and external carriers.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills; confident using performance reports, transport data and cost information.
  • Working knowledge of TMS processes, carrier tendering, collection and delivery performance, freight rates and transport exception management.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Organized, autonomous and able to prioritize operational issues while maintaining accuracy, consistency and ownership.
  • Familiar with ( Powerbi, Oracle TMS, Isis- AS400 IBM)
  • Fluency in English and German (minimum B2 level) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
