OPERATIONS SUPPORT ADMIN | £28-£30K | LONDON | FULL TIME

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure smooth delivery of services. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, scheduling field teams, processing work orders, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in customer service, handling enquiries across multiple platforms.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating a field-based workforce.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using workforce management software (e.g., Big Change, JobWatch).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff, clients, and subcontractors effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
  • Log, process, and allocate work orders to technicians within agreed SLAs.
  • Plan daily schedules, optimising routes and coordinating with field teams.
  • Support invoicing processes by ensuring all job details are captured and recorded.
  • Process and progress commercial leads, escalating advanced sales queries when required.
  • Maintain accurate data and records in the company CRM system.
  • Act as a central point of communication between field staff, managers, and clients.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager and wider team.
