Responsibilities
  • Carry out system administration of Windows-based server systems, storage systems, Hyper-V, switches & network components, printers, telephone system, etc.
  • Maintenance of existing systems such as software installation/updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance.
  • Support for user, license and rights management in Active Directory (ARS) as well as in various other applications, such as SAGE, Autodesk, etc.
  • Installation, configuration, upgrade, maintenance and documentation of the complete IT equipment (hardware and software)
  • Monitor and analyze network uptime & performance across the enterprise.
  • Execute allocated tasks in company infrastructure and servers projects under ITT management
  • Installation and configuration of PC hardware and software, including laptops and smartphones, 1st and 2nd level support for the users of the ITTB and consulting and support of the participating departments in all hardware and software issues
  • Optimization and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, monitoring of the IT environment, troubleshooting
  • Collaborate and working closely with enterprise teams in delivering the tasks
