WIN Waste Innovations is looking for an Operations Support Analyst. They will perform and manage operation administration and analysis for collections and post collections.
Responsibilities:

Accounting/Finance Data Review

• Maintain updated weekly/monthly operating statistics which are distributed to the Operations, Finance and Sales departments.

• • Productivity and disposal trends.
• Revenue trends.
• Identify cost savings opportunities through the analytical review of operating and financial statistics.

• Route productivity analysis, disposal cost analysis.

• Route profitability analysis.
• Maintain updated monthly revenue budget comparison reports to be used for the monthly MBR.

• Provide/assist with variance analysis for revenue budget comparisons for creation of the MBR report

• Review line-of-business p&l reports and modify them to add extra detail.

Operations Support

• Review Company policies to align with business processes
• Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities
• Recommends updates to policies & procedures to improve financial performance
• Assist in integration of newly acquired companies
• Facilitates on-boarding of new employees
• Assist in preparation and distribution of divisional policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparation of bids.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

Experience/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance or Accounting
• High skill level in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills with all levels within organization

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,00
