Description

We are delighted to be recruiting an Operations Support/Receptionist on behalf of our client Sport Ireland based in Dublin 15 on a temporary basis for 3 months

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: -

  • Excellent administration and reception experience and a track record of delivering objectives to a high standard
  • Highly trustworthy and responsible - will be required to open up and close up the building securely
  • Excellent face to face and telephone manner
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Friendly with impeccable attention to detail
  • Flexibility required as dates may be added or cancelled
  • Ensure confidentiality, privacy and data protection at all times in accordance with EU standards
    This role is a 35 hour week based on a 5 over 7 day roster.
Responsibilities
  • High Performance Centre bookings administration
  • Reception duties
  • Operations administration
  • Evening/weekend reception and administration cover for events and bookings, as required
  • Cover/support for other Operations Team members, as required
  • Other tasks and projects when required
