Description

Policies, Processes & Procedures * Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. * Compliance with the laws and regulations stipulated in the system of labor policies and administrative regulations (Attendance, Absence, Career commitment). * An understanding of how to handle sensitive data of a confidential nature. Operations Duties * Load and unload vehicles. * Prepare shipments in terms of packing, data verification for the next delivery stage. * Sort shipments, load carton boxes, and special bags of shipment in different sizes. * Enter and update shipments data into the system. * Register and load shipping boxes and different bags size to concerned units or delivery centers based on data. Other Tasks * Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager or other Senior Management. * Follow the standards of Health, safety and security in the group and other locations in which he operates.

Responsibilities

The assistant is responsible for following all departmental policies and procedures to ensure controlled and consistent work execution, while also handling operational duties such as loading, unloading, preparing, and sorting shipments. This role also involves entering and updating shipment data into the system and adhering to all health, safety, and security standards.
