Description SUMMARY The Operations Support Associate provides operational, administrative, and communications support across Silver King Beverage Company, including executive coordination, internal communications execution, corporate compliance assistance, and daily office operations. The role leverages advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, along with AI tools to produce high-quality presentations, reports, and workflow efficiencies. This position supports executive and cross-functional teams through meeting coordination, material preparation, TTB compliance reporting support, and accurate distribution of approved information. The role is execution-focused and does not include ownership of messaging strategy or approval authority. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Support the executive team in the creation of high-quality presentation materials, leveraging advanced PowerPoint skills to organize complex information into clear, cohesive presentations for town halls, business reviews, company overview meetings, and executive-level communications.. · Translate direction from executive leadership into clear, well-organized materials and support effective dissemination through company monitors, bulletin boards, shared spaces, internal platforms, and other approved channels. · Prepare, format, and maintain internal communication materials, including presentations, slide decks, flyers, posters, signage, announcements, and related collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, culture fit, brand alignment, and professionalism across all channels. · Prepare agendas, compile supporting materials, and conduct basic research or information gathering to support executive leadership meetings and discussions. · Utilize AI tools and platforms to streamline workflows, enhance content creation, improve data analysis, and optimize administrative and communication processes. · Coordinate executive-level meetings and interviews, including managing calendars, scheduling and confirming interview panels, coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring a professional and seamless experience for executive candidates and internal stakeholders. · Collaborate with and provide administrative and project-based support to cross-functional partners (including Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, and other functions) on special projects or initiatives, as needed, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational priorities. · Coordinate executive and stakeholder meetings by managing calendars, scheduling, documentation, and logistics as requested or appropriate. · Provide limited support for external-facing or social media content when directed, ensuring alignment with approved messaging and company standards. · Provide general office operations and administrative support as needed, including coordination of internal meetings and events, office supply management, expense and invoice processing, travel coordination, and related logistical support. · Support TTB Compliance reporting, ensuring accurate preparation, submission, and record-keeping of required regulatory filings and related documentation. · Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Food Safety Responsible and required to notify management about actual or potential food safety issues; and empowered to act to resolve food safety issues within their scope of work. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Political Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. One to two years of experience supporting internal communications, executive leadership, or administrative functions.
