Job Description BlueScope Building Components is looking for an Operations Support Co-ordinator to join the Operations team based in Wangara WA. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple functions to support a high-performing team. What Will You Do? In this exciting role reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play an integral part in coordinating and supporting the administration of operations at our Wangara site. You will: Provide administrative support to the Operation Manager and team including compliance, KPIs, training records and onboarding manage the return-to-Work process, including coordinating doctor visits and supporting injury management work closely with our recruitment/labour-hire providers and coordinate contractor requirements timely development and completion of reports to support the Operations Manager and team identify improvements with our systems and processes and assist with database management support the Continuous Improvement program attend Operation leadership meetings More About You We are looking for a self-motivated and creative thinker, who can quickly adapt and coordinate multiple priorities at any given time.
