Description We are looking for a few Operations Support Coordinators to provide clerical support in all aspects of scheduling, routing, dispatching, communication and customer service for dedicated projects. An Operations Support Coordinator will be expected to demonstrate skills such as attention to detail, willingness to learn and complete new tasks as needs change, a sense of urgency during peak volume times throughout the day, and an ability to prioritize workloads. This position reports to the office in Murfreesboro, TN daily. Schedule: Regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week Typically scheduled for a 9-hour shift between the hours of 7am and 7pm, with a 1-hour lunch Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed What’s in it for you? Understanding of laws and regulations that require contacting 811 before digging work starts on any project. Ability to report to and operate out of the assigned office location daily.
