About the role This is a busy and varied role at the heart of our operations team. You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support that helps keep the business moving efficiently day to day. From reporting and invoicing to problem-solving, and contract coordination, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational success. What you’ll be doing Managing timesheets and ensuring all people and plant movements are accurately accounted for and charged accordingly Processing invoicing and claims for all jobs Raising purchase orders and helping keep the branch running smoothly Maintaining up-to-date compliance records, including training and health & safety documentation Being the first point of contact for office queries and day-to-day support Maintaining accurate systems, records, and databases Supporting the operations team with coordination and day-to-day administration What we’re looking for Experience in administration or coordination experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communication and a proactive approach Comfortable using Microsoft Office and accounting systems Ability to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting a team, takes pride in staying organised, and brings great energy to the workplace.
