What is a typical workday?
Dragonfly is hiring for an Operations Support position for its delivery hub in South Granville. This is a full-time position for Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

What does it take to be successful?

  • Experience in a warehouse position and in the field of transportation would be assets;
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service position;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Being dynamic and customer-focused;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite and other software.

Now, you’re probably asking yourself, what will I do in this position?

  • Prepare daily reports;
  • Process pending packages and returns;
  • Respond to customer inquiries sent by the call center;
  • Contact customers by phone and/or email occasionally;
  • Collaborate with the call center, delivery partners and Operation Supervisors;
  • Data entry as needed;
  • Escalate special cases to supervisors;
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment following the health and safety regulations.
