Our client is a dynamic and holistic courier company serving the UK and EU, offering a full suite of services from express delivery and secure self-storage to efficient warehousing. With a growing reputation as the UK’s chosen courier, we’re looking for someone just as ambitious to grow with us.
What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting the business across all operational fronts:

  • Customer Service & Admin: Handling inbound calls, providing quotes, booking jobs, and assisting customers with their enquiries.
  • Operational Support: Helping out in the warehouse with pallet handling and storage coordination.
  • Driving: Occasional delivery or collection driving duties as required.
  • Marketing Support: Assisting with business promotion — including delivering flyers to prospective clients and helping boost local presence.
  • Director Assistance: Providing day-to-day support to the two company directors with operational tasks and general admin.

Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone:

  • Energetic, reliable, and keen to get stuck in across multiple areas of the business
  • Well-organised and able to juggle tasks effectively
  • Comfortable dealing with customers both on the phone and in person
  • Physically capable of supporting in the warehouse when needed
  • Interested in learning and growing with a forward-thinking company

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 25 years old (due to vehicle insurance restrictions)
  • Full UK driving licence (manual)
  • Good communication skills, friendly manner, and a proactive attitude
  • Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential
