Responsibilities

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE:

  • Delivering top-tier support and service to customers across different departments.
  • Coordinating service bookings and updates through internal job management systems.
  • Assisting operational leads with ongoing client communications and workflow coordination.
  • Monitoring parts stock levels and managing orders to keep service delivery smooth and efficient.
  • Playing a key part in financial administration, including:
  • Processing and reviewing purchase and sales invoices
  • Logging labour hours and producing performance metrics
  • Handling reconciliation tasks and managing petty cash/banking
