OPERATIONS SUPPORT ASSISTANT - TORFAEN CENTRAL - NP44 3YS

Scope - Today, tomorrow, this week, next week and next month.
Main Purpose - Support the management team to ensure the centre/allocated area of business operation support tasks run smoothly.
Salary:- £12.73 per hour/£24,559.40 per annum (FTE)
Hours:- 37 per Week
Start Date:- To be Confirmed

OUTCOMES -

  • Support the management team to ensure the full implementation of all relevant business support processes and systems (internal or external systems) within the allocated area of business operation.
  • Note take, minute, agenda planning and diary management support for the management team within the allocated area of business operation.
  • Prepare letters,emails, reports, grant or funding applications on behalf of allocated areas of business operation, including confidential and sensitive correspondence.
  • Support forecasting process and record keeping of income and expenditure against budget, including returns to external funders on behalf of allocated areas of business operation.
  • Point of contact for telephone enquiries, post, stationery orders,purchase order raising, invoice processing, and petty cash management as required for allocated areas of business operation.
  • Authorise working hours of team members as delegated by members of the management team for allocated areas of business operation.
  • Pitch in as needed to help out the centre, operations, your manager and the wider Halo team.
