About the role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ops Support Intern to join our Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the team's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. You will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of insurtech, assisting with vital administrative tasks, policy analysis, and market comparisons. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is eager to learn about the insurance industry and contribute to a high-growth technology company. Job Responsibility Recheck and verify policies, invoices, and related documents for accuracy and proper record keeping. Assist with the distribution and filing of hard copy policies. Update and insert additional information into the reconciled production report to support the Finance team in audit preparation for FY 2025. Provide support on various ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required. Help ensure smooth workflow by assisting with tasks delegated from the core operations team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Basic knowledge of finance or audit processes is an advantage. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or other data management tools. Flexible and adaptable to support ad hoc requests in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
