About Your Program You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates. Business Support System Development: Design and continuously improve cross-departmental collaboration processes (e.g., requirement alignment, resource allocation, project advancement), develop SOP documents and contingency plans, and resolve key bottlenecks in business operations. Build business data monitoring dashboards (e.g., fulfillment efficiency, resource utilization), establish anomaly early warning mechanisms, and provide improvement recommendations. Special Task Support: Support ad-hoc business department needs (e.g., event planning, customer research), coordinate human and technical resources, and ensure tasks are completed in a closed-loop manner. Lead the full lifecycle management of key projects, monitor implementation risks, and optimize resource allocation strategies to ensure timely achievement of objectives. Systematic Capability Building: Identify inefficient links in business processes and drive system function upgrades (e.g., automation of approval workflows, development of data interfaces) to reduce manual operation costs. Organize internal training and knowledge base construction to enhance the team's standardized service capabilities. Systematic Capability Building: Collaborate with departments such as finance and supply chain to analyze the return on resource investment, and optimize budget allocation and asset utilization efficiency. Establish a supplier management mechanism, evaluate service provider performance, and control partnership risks.
