Job Description We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Operations Support Manager to join our team in Wales, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our operational processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and coordinate daily operations activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve operational performance Analyse operational data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives Oversee project management activities related to operational improvements and new initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal service levels Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term operational strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management or a similar role A strong background in catering and hospitality Proven track record in team leadership and supervision Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices Excellent project management skills with experience in process improvement initiatives Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems Outstanding organisational and time management abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes Willingness to travel within Wales and the UK as required Additional Information For almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that’s an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.
