We are a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company, focused on the seamless delivery of our service, supported by our team and technology and we are now looking to appoint an Experienced Operations Support Manager in South East London
As an Operations Support Manager Manager you will oversee the day-to-day service delivery and smooth management of services provided by Team Birkin within your designated portfolio.
You will be managing each site team with full responsibility for the success and safe running of the contracts, providing direction, guidance, training and support to your teams to provide an excellent service for Birkin clients.
Duties include managing standards, staffing, ordering, recruitment, budgets, HR, H&S and client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships and retention - Ensuring a high level of Client satisfaction across all sites with a reliable service delivery through a motivated, trained workforce.
  • Line Manager to and regularly visit all site employees, incorporating recruitment, training, personal development and applying HR/Disciplinary process.
  • Work with onsite teams to ensure staffing requirements are met, including arranging cover for sickness and holidays and arbitrate the time and attendance systems.
  • This role is hands on as well as a managerial role. Therefore you may be required to cover at short notice to ensure your sites are fully staffed.
  • Organise and oversee any subcontractors and third-party activities appropriate to the site and service delivery.
  • Conduct regular onsite meetings, random and pre-planned audits.
  • Maintain Health & Safety and Training documentation.
  • Manage stock levels.
  • Any other duties commensurate to the role.
