Purpose


The Operations Support Manager is responsible for leading Carpentaria’s operational support functions within a fast-paced environment, with a key focus on leading the work force support team to ensure effective workforce coordination and staffing coverage across all program areas. The role oversees workforce planning, rostering, business support, operational administration and reporting, ensuring teams have the workforce, systems and administrative support required to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred services.


The ideal candidate


  • Demonstrated experience in leading rostering and workforce coordination within a high-paced environment, ensuring effective staffing, team coverage and operational requirements are consistently met.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary administration and workforce teams.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, rostering and operational service delivery.
  • Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A good sense of humour!
