Working with a strong team of dedicated and professional individuals, your key focus in the role will be to:

  • Work as part of an operational team to ensure the smooth and safe running of the site
  • Ensure all Brand Standards are in place and corrective coaching is applied where this is not the case
  • Ensure all Health & Safety legislation and company policies are understood and adhered to
  • To lead by example and offer outstanding engaging customer service to our customers
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the building through the management and appraisal of cleaning contractors
  • Undertake Senior Manager on duty responsibilities including ‘open and close shifts.’

We are looking for an experienced individual, ideally from a busy leisure background. This role involves working 5 days out of 7 on a flexible rota basis.

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
