ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Support Manager with a strong background in IT systems and technology integration. This role will support the Operations Manager in driving operational efficiency, with a particular focus on managing and optimising IT infrastructure, system integrations, and digital platforms that underpin our clinical and business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, with a focus on IT and system-related tasks.
  • Lead on the integration and optimisation of practice management software, CRM systems, and digital tools.
  • Provide first-line IT support for staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and IT partners to implement new technologies and resolve escalated issues.
  • Manage user access, system updates, data backups, and system security protocols.
  • Drive improvements in data accuracy, reporting, and workflow automation within CRM and practice management platforms.
  • Support digital transformation projects and identify opportunities to streamline operations through technology.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on new systems and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, information governance, and healthcare IT standards.
  • Assist with documenting workflows, creating technical guides, and maintaining system records.
