We are looking for a driven and energetic Operations Support Manager to join our team at Liffey Valley Car Park!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Oversee daily operations, collaborate with the Car Park Manager and Client to meet KPIs, exceed targets, and deliver top-notch service.
• Motivate and support your team to provide excellent customer service while managing schedules and performance.
• Build strong client relationships, ensure KPIs are met, and provide regular reports.
• Step into the Car Park Manager role if needed, ensuring smooth site operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and perform regular safety checks.
• Oversee IT systems to ensure proper functioning, and ensure all data is handled per GDPR and company policies.
• Ensure suppliers meet agreed KPIs.
