KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with security officers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Lead and manage a team across the region, setting clear performance objectives and achieving goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, one-on-one meetings, and appraisals to foster growth and development.
• Create tailored training plans for officers to ensure compliance with site requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct investigations and meetings as necessary to resolve any performance or operational issues.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.
• Monitor client satisfaction, proactively addressing feedback and identifying opportunities for service improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
