QUALIFICATIONS



    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in operations support, business systems management, or a related field.
    • Strong experience with CRM, ERP, and other operational software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Workspace, project management platforms).
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve workflows, implement process automation, and drive operational efficiencies.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and cross-departmental support.
      The pay range for this role is:
      75,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Denver, CO - Turn Co Home Office
    Responsibilities

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Operations Support Manager will work closely with the head of Operations and Project Management to provide vital support to the Project Management team. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing the tools, SOPs, and workflows that are integral to the planning, execution, and close-out of projects. The position involves collaboration across multiple departments, including business development, accounting, and operations, to ensure that project workflows are efficient and well-aligned with company goals.
    The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in system administration, process optimization, and project support. They should possess a strong ability to work across multiple departments, ensuring that business operations remain seamless and efficient.
