WOODLAND GROUP IS RECRUITING AN OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER FOR OUR SITE AT DONCASTER.

The Operations Support Manager will work closely with the General Manager, Warehouse Supervisors, Stock and Planning teams, and Logistics partners. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional departments and on-the-ground operational leadership across all warehouse shifts.
You will oversee and support the day-to-day operational running of the warehouse across all shifts, ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective movement of goods through the site. This role is pivotal in maintaining service standards, ensuring adequate labour cover, and providing hands-on operational support, including during out-of-hours periods when required.
Exact working hours to be agreed upon successful interview. Likely to be Monday to Friday with some weekend on-call hours required.
