As our Operations Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in managing staff schedules across our home care services. You'll work closely with service managers and support workers to ensure optimal coverage, compliance with award conditions, and continuity of care for our clients. You will also support your care team with exceptional administrative support. At Helping Hand, we believe in empowering our people with meaningful work, growth opportunities, and a collaborative culture that puts people first.   You'll also make an impact by:   * Developing and maintaining accurate staff rosters using our scheduling systems. * Responding to changes in availability, leave, and service needs in real-time. * Liaise with internal teams to ensure staffing aligns with client requirements. * Monitor and report on roster efficiency, gaps, and trends. * Support service administration in key service streams.   What you'll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: * Completion of (or working towards) a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, or equivalent experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence using cloud-based technologies. * Knowledge of rostering or scheduling software. * Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one. * This role supports business hours between 7:00am and 8:00pm across 7 days a week, flexibility will be required cross these times for the successful candidate.   You'll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following: * Experience in the aged care sector. * Knowledge of legislative and quality requirements for aged care. * A qualification in Business Administration or a related field.   Please click the link below to view the position description: Operations Support Officer [https://helpinghandagedcare.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/PDupdate-ExternalSharing/EUxnWEa53bRMnSEFfrDivXQBME3lYlV6PVddI4DEIMKi0Q?e=O7wGls] Why Helping Hand? Responsibilities
Manage staff schedules and rosters for home care services to ensure optimal coverage and continuity of care. Provide high-level administrative support to service managers and frontline care teams.
