Description
Job Purpose Assist the Chartering and Operations team in Abu Dhabi by managing daily marine operational tasks, CTRM system updates, payment coordination, and back-office support for in-house shipments of Urea, Ammonia, and containers. Relevant Shipping / Marine Operations Background: 1–3 years of experience in the shipping industry is mandatory. Preferably with exposure to: - Dry cargo and/or tanker operations - Container operations (added advantage) Familiarity with Marine ERP / CTRM Systems: Direct experience or solid familiarity with: Marine ERP CTRM (Commodity Trading & Risk Management) systems Strong Analytical, Data-Handling, and Administrative Capabilities, Ability to: Analyse logistics data, port line-ups, trade flows Handle payments, invoicing, tracking, and documentation Maintain accurate data discipline Personal Competencies Needed for a Remote-Support Role: Must demonstrate: High organization, independence, self-motivation Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Clear communication skills Professionalism & precision English Proficiency – Mandatory: Fluent spoken and written English is required due to daily reporting to Abu Dhabi management.
