We are expanding our Operations team in Armenia and are seeking a motivated Operations Support Specialist to join us. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations by supporting customers and contractors, monitoring live operations, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional service experience. Your profile Responsibilities Manage customer and contractor conversations through Intercom, providing timely, accurate, and solution-focused support. Monitor live orders and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues to ensure a seamless experience for customers and contractors. Detect, report, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues, system errors, and bugs, escalating issues where needed. Support day-to-day operational workflows by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company standards. Follow company procedures, policies, and quality standards to maintain operational excellence. Collaborate closely with other support and operational teams, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows and continuous service improvements. Provide actionable feedback to relevant teams to improve operational processes, tools, and overall service quality. Perform additional duties as required to support operational excellence and business objectives. Requirements Up to 2 years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics, or a similar role. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make effective decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work night shifts (not overnight) and weekends. Familiarity with Intercom, Google Workspace, and other technology tools; experience working in a tech startup is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Why us? Responsibilities
