(DHi) is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to various teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide general administrative support to operations teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Assist in maintaining organizational processes and workflows to improve efficiency. Manage office supplies and equipment for operational teams. Project Coordination Assist in managing and tracking operational projects and tasks. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for operational needs. Process Improvement Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Help implement new operational strategies as directed by management. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in operations or administrative support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense operations support. Familiarity with project management software or ERP systems. Core Competencies Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively. Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement changes to improve operational processes. Collaboration: Work effectively with different departments to achieve operational goals. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). May require occasional travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
