JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dependable and safety-oriented individual to join our team in supporting seed storage and handling operations. This position plays a critical role in assisting with truck loading/unloading, storage logistics, and general operational activities during the seed and harvest seasons.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Comfortable with physical labor including standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs/ladders, and working in confined spaces or various weather conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.).
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, especially during peak soybean harvest season.
• Willing and able to work shifts with variable start times and overtime as needed.

• Assist with truck loading and unloading of seed.
• Support storage operations including inventory management and organization.
• Operate equipment such as skid steer loaders and/or pay loaders.
• Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with supervisors and team members to achieve operational goals.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
