EDUCATION, TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 to 24 months of experience in Customer Service Representative (Route Driver) and/or Operations Team Member roles
  • Valid Driver License

Responsibilities
  • Implementation of and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Implement business best practices or make recommendations thereof
  • Eyes and ears while on site, make observations and report back
  • Act as an extension of our client care team
  • Meet with veterinary staff frequently and help troubleshoot issues on-site and report back, noting anything that needs to be escalated
  • Drive a company van along a pre-designed daily route for 8-10 hours, picking up deceased pets from local veterinary clinics and bring them back to our memorial center
  • Assist the operations staff when necessary
  • Prioritize quality, safety, and ethics
  • Operating the retort, creating and packaging paw prints, engraving plaques and memorial items, quality control, and processing and packaging cremated remains
  • Maintain daily cremation goals, producing cremains with an emphasis on compassion and excellence
  • Take ownership of our machinery – making adjustments, providing feedback, and submitting maintenance requests
  • Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliances and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
