  • Experience in trucking, freight brokerage, or logistics operations preferred
  • Familiarity with load tracking systems and transportation management software (TMS)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online portal systems

Responsibilities
  • Fleet Dispatch Monitoring: Support daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Track and update trips using Fleet dispatch program, ensuring accurate and real-time visibility of all freight movements.
  • Load Tracking & Tracing: Monitor shipments in real-time, proactively identify delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Portal Management: Update customer and carrier portals with accurate load statuses, documentation, and ETAs
  • Driver Support: Provide route details, resolve on-the-road issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Customs Processing: Assist with cross-border documentation and customs clearance procedures for international shipments
  • Shift Liaison: Act as a communication bridge between day shift and after-hours coverage to ensure continuity of operations
  • Troubleshooting: Respond to and resolve issues during the shift, including load recovery, customer escalations, and coordination with maintenance or breakdown teams
  • Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries, confirm delivery schedules, and provide timely updates
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and trip logs
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to DOT regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Problem Solving: Address unexpected delays, breakdowns, or route changes with quick, effective solutions
