Job Title: Operations Support Specialist Position Type: Full-Time Remote Working Hours: US Hours About Pavago: At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients to bring on board a dedicated Operations Support Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring smooth internal operations, seamless onboarding processes, and exceptional support to both clients and team members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage multiple operational tasks with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities: System Setup & Verification Coordinate and complete A2P identity verifications on behalf of clients. Set up internal users in client practice management systems accurately and efficiently. Oversee GoHighLevel subaccount creation and ensure proper customization for each client. Onboarding & Training Support Schedule and facilitate video conference onboarding calls for new clients. Assist with internal software training sessions for new hires and team members. Provide guidance and support to clients during software training sessions, ensuring a smooth learning experience. Workflow & Automation Management Manage and monitor GoHighLevel workflows, automations, and follow-up systems. Oversee form management and other related operational tasks to maintain smooth processes. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and streamline operational procedures. Client Communication & Coordination Respond promptly and professionally to daily client communications. Schedule software training sessions and ensure all operational needs are addressed. Maintain clear documentation of client interactions and process updates using ClickUp and other internal tools. Required Experience & Skills: Proven experience in operations support, administrative coordination, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience working with tools such as GoHighLevel and ClickUp. Comfortable with virtual onboarding, software training, and client-facing communication. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
