Operations Support Supervisor Location: Sydney, New South Wales Company: BGIS Technical Services (Self Perform) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent    The Role BGIS is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Support Supervisor to lead our Self Perform Operations Support team in Sydney, overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across multiple client contracts. In this leadership role, you will supervise and support a team responsible for scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of field technicians. You’ll ensure operational performance meets contract service levels, KPIs, and compliance standards while fostering a strong, collaborative team culture.
