Description We are looking for a couple of Operations Support Supervisors is responsible for the overall supervision and performance of the Operations Support team while supporting all employer-relationships (i.e. employees, affiliates, vendors, etc.) in a manner that aligns with company standards and values. This role ensures operational efficiency, employee development and high-quality service delivery while collaborating with multiple departments to drive project and business success. Someone in this role will be expected to demonstrate skills such as attention to detail, willingness to learn, complete new tasks as needs change, a sense of urgency during peak volume times throughout the day and an ability to prioritize workloads. This position reports to the office in Murfreesboro, TN daily. Schedule: Regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week Typically scheduled 8am - 5pm Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed What’s in it for you? Minimum 5 years of experience in operations support or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in business software applications. Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Office Suite and familiarity with project management software. Maintain 811 certification credentials. Understanding of laws and regulations that require contacting 811 before digging work starts on any project. Ability to report to and operate out of the assigned office location daily.
